In his article “The Trophy Kids Go To Work,” Ron Aslop asserts that your generation, the Millennial Generation, has been coddled by your parents and nurtured with a strong sense of entitlement. He describes the workplace attitudes of the millennials and employer’s difficulty in managing these demanding attitudes. Do you agree with his assertions? Why or why not?
